I LOVE Mondays!

I know, it sounds crazy! I used to hate Mondays, too! But now I have something to look forward to.....an email from Elder Angell! As soon as I wake up, I run to my computer to see if he has sent something. If I catch him early, we can actually "chat" via email for a while. I love to hear from my missionary! Today was extra special! We got snow! And tons of it! We were so disappointed that we missed Atlanta's "White Christmas" because we were in Texas. But today made up for it! We got over 5 inches of snow! And it's going to stay for awhile. They cancelled school today and have already announced school is closed tomorrow, too!

We had so much fun today! We were reminded of our years in Utah! We actually had to dig out our shovel!

I had fun making warm comfort food all day. For breakfast, we had Belgian walffles with strawberries,whipcream, and of course hot chocolate. We had yummy leftovers for dinner - crockpot chicken over rice. And I made a peppermint chocolate molten cake for dessert. Yummy!
